How to Request Account Deletion
Sign in to your You’re Born For This™ account, open your Profile, select Delete Account, and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
This permanently deletes your account and begins the removal or de-identification of the personal information associated with it, subject to the retention requirements described below.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@yourebornforthis.com.
Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account so we can identify it and process your request.
For your security, we may need to verify that you are the account owner before completing an emailed deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion is processed, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including, where applicable:
- Your account and profile information
- Your name and email address
- Your account credentials and authentication information
- Your membership or subscription access associated with the account
- User-generated profile information
- Other personal information stored in your account that is not required to be retained
What May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
For example, transaction or financial records may be retained as required by applicable law and accounting requirements. Any information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is necessary and will be securely maintained.
Subscriptions and Payments
Important: Deleting your You’re Born For This™ account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through a third-party app store.
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancel it through the applicable app-store subscription settings to prevent future charges.

Processing Time
We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If additional time is required because of legal or regulatory retention obligations, we will let you know.
