Refund & Return Policy

About This Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from or in connection with You’re Born For This™, operated by Hayden Consulting, LLC (“You’re Born For This™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

This policy applies regardless of whether you use, access, download, attend, participate in, or complete the product, service, membership, subscription, program, course, content, or other offering purchased.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, pricing, billing terms, subscription terms, and other purchase information before completing your transaction.

2. Digital Products & Content

Due to the immediate-access and digital nature of many of our offerings, digital purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform.

Digital offerings may include, without limitation:

• Membership access;
• Courses and educational materials;
• Meditations and audio content;
• Human Design charts, reports, readings, or related materials;
• Journaling resources and affirmations;
• Downloads, digital guides, or workbooks;
• Coaching resources and recorded content;
• Digital community access; and
• Other digital products or services.

Failure to access, download, use, participate in, or complete a digital product or service does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or credit.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the payment platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges according to the terms of the applicable billing provider. Cancellation does not ordinarily generate a refund for a billing period that has already been charged.

Unless otherwise required by law or the applicable payment provider, we do not provide partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds for unused portions of a membership or subscription period.

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel a subscription before its next renewal date if the subscriber does not wish to be charged for another billing period. Deleting the app, discontinuing use of the Services, or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

4. Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions completed through the Apple App Store are processed and billed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.

Hayden Consulting, LLC does not control Apple’s determination regarding refund requests for transactions processed by Apple. If you wish to request a refund for an App Store transaction, the request must be submitted through Apple’s applicable refund process. Cancellation of an Apple subscription must be completed through your Apple account subscription settings.

5. Google Play Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions completed through Google Play are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google’s applicable payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.

Refund eligibility for transactions processed through Google Play is subject to Google’s applicable policies and any rights required by law. Google Play subscriptions should be managed or cancelled through the applicable Google Play subscription settings.

6. Website Purchases

Purchases completed directly through the You’re Born For This™ website are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise expressly stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

This includes eligible memberships, subscriptions, digital products, courses, programs, downloadable materials, services, and other offerings purchased directly from us. Choosing not to use or complete a purchased offering does not create a right to a refund, credit, or exchange.

7. Physical Products & Returns

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product listing, all physical-product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, failure to use an item, or other buyer-related reasons.

If you receive an item that is materially damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us promptly at hello@yourebornforthis.com with your order information and supporting photographs, where applicable.

Reporting an issue does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund. We will evaluate legitimate order problems individually and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

8. Coaching, Programs, Events & Services

Payments for coaching, mentorship, programs, workshops, events, readings, sessions, or other services are non-refundable, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

A purchaser’s failure to attend, participate, schedule, complete, or fully utilize a purchased service does not create an entitlement to a refund or credit. Any additional cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, or participation terms disclosed for a particular service or program also apply.

9. Renewals & Failure to Cancel

Customers are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms associated with their subscriptions and cancelling before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

A failure to cancel a subscription before a scheduled renewal does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund of a properly disclosed and authorized renewal charge. Subscription cancellation procedures depend upon where the subscription was purchased.

10. Promotional Pricing & Discounts

Promotional pricing, introductory offers, founder pricing, coupons, discounts, and other special offers do not create an entitlement to a retroactive price adjustment, refund, or credit for purchases completed before or after the promotional period.

We do not provide refunds or credits based solely upon a subsequent change in pricing or the later availability of a promotional offer.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@yourebornforthis.com so that we may review the transaction.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not alter the terms of this Refund & Return Policy or establish that a refund is owed.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, to provide relevant transaction records, account records, proof of access or delivery, acceptance of applicable terms, communications, and other documentation to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in restriction or termination of access to our Services where permitted by law.

12. Technical Issues

Experiencing a temporary technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. If you experience difficulty accessing something you purchased, please contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate and assist you.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate access or technical issues associated with our Services.

13. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited.

If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, return, replacement, or other remedy notwithstanding this Policy, the applicable legal requirement will control. Likewise, transactions processed by Apple, Google Play, or another third-party payment provider remain subject to any mandatory rights and applicable platform policies governing those transactions.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy periodically to reflect changes to our offerings, business practices, payment platforms, or applicable requirements. Any updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date on this page.
